Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support the kitchen team with daily food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen operations. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment and follow hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and mise en place.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
- Wash and clean kitchen utensils, vessels, and equipment.
- Assist with receiving, arranging, and storing kitchen ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
- Support chefs during daily production and service operations.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.




- Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements

- Education: No specific qualification required; basic education preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in a bakery, restaurant, hotel, café, or commercial kitchen preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work for extended periods.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and on public holidays as required.
- Should be disciplined, punctual, and a positive team player.

Salary: As per experience and company standards
