Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and manage our standalone fine dining Turkish restaurant. The role will be responsible for delivering an authentic Turkish dining experience, maintaining exceptional service and food standards, leading the restaurant team, and driving operational and business performance.

Requirements

- 8 - 10 years of experience in fine dining restaurants
- Minimum 2 - 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in a standalone premium/fine dining restaurant
- Experience in Turkish, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or similar cuisine is preferred
- Robust understanding of fine dining service and guest experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of F&B; operations, cost control, and revenue management
- Good understanding of premium dining etiquette and service standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

- Oversee complete daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.
- Deliver an authentic and premium Turkish dining experience to every guest.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, service,



ambience, and hospitality.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop the service team to deliver exceptional fine dining standards.
- Ensure proper knowledge of the Turkish menu, ingredients, preparation styles, and traditional dining culture across the team.
- Drive sales, upselling, average bill value, and overall restaurant revenue.
- Monitor and control food, beverage, manpower, and operational costs.
- Handle VIP guests, special occasions, guest feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure restaurant hygiene, grooming, safety, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor reservations, table allocation, guest flow, and service efficiency.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure SOPs and brand standards are followed consistently.
- Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless food and service operations.
- Maintain the restaurant's premium ambience, presentation, and overall guest experience.
- Track operational and financial performance and work towards achieving business targets.
