We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to independently manage the accounting and financial coordination of our retail division.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting for multiple retail stores.
- Verify daily sales, cash, card, UPI, marketplace, and bank collections.
- Reconcile POS sales with payment settlements, bank credits, and accounts.
- Monitor store expenses, petty cash, cash deposits, and supporting documents.
- Handle vendor accounting, purchase entries, payments, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely follow-up and collection.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, stock, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Coordinate inventory accounting, stock transfers, stock adjustments, and physical stock verification.
- Monitor store-wise profitability, expenses, margins, and variances.
- Handle GST, TDS, e-invoicing, and other statutory requirements.
- Support monthly closing, MIS reporting, budgeting, and audits.
- Coordinate with retail operations, inventory, management, auditors, and the Dubai accounts team.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and escalate unresolved deviations.

Requirements





- B.Com/M.Com; CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred.
- Minimum 4–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in multi-store retail.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Tally/ERP, POS systems, and advanced Excel.
- Robust reconciliation, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently handle accounts and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from perfumes, cosmetics, fashion, FMCG, supermarkets, or other multi-location retail businesses will be preferred.
