Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals and local networking.
- Visit residential, commercial and industrial customers and understand their requirements.
- Conduct basic site surveys, including roof area, electricity bill and load requirements.
- Explain solar system benefits, savings, subsidy, net metering, EMI/finance and payback period.
- Coordinate with the technical/design team for system sizing and quotations.
- Present quotations and proposals to customers and negotiate within company guidelines.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and kW targets.
- Maintain customer details, lead status and daily visit reports in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with engineering, installation and operations teams for smooth project handover.
- Maintain good customer relationships and generate referral business.
- Keep updated with solar products, government schemes, market trends and competitor pricing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
