For Executive/ Sr. Executive:

Experience:

- 2-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance within battery materials, specialty chemicals, inorganic chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or process industries.

JD:

- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- SOP preparation and document control
- Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA)
- Internal auditing and quality compliance
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Basic understanding of battery materials and analytical techniques (ICP-OES, XRD, PSD, SEM)

For Manager/ Sr. Manager:

Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance within battery materials, specialty chemicals, advanced materials, or chemical manufacturing.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role is preferred.

JD:

- Leadership and people management
- Strong decision-making ability




- Expertise in QMS implementation and quality system management
- Internal and external auditing
- Process validation and risk assessment (PFMEA and DFMEA)
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality improvement tools
- Root Cause Analysis and CAPA management
- Working knowledge of battery precursor manufacturing, analytical characterization, and process control
- Proficiency in ERP/LIMS and Microsoft Office applications
