Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team and support end-to-end hiring across specialty chemicals and infrastructure functions. This role will also play a key part in campus hiring, helping us build strong early-career talent pipelines for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, plant, project, and corporate positions.
- Drive hiring for specialty chemicals, infrastructure, and manufacturing-related roles.
- Lead campus hiring initiatives for trainees, GETs, DETs, and interns.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and campus engagements.
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and support offer closure.
- Handle offer discussions, joining follow-ups, and pre-boarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Track recruitment progress and maintain hiring MIS and dashboards.
- Ensure a smooth, professional,



and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:Graduate in any discipline.

- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Experience:

- 5–6 years’ experience in Specialty Chemicals / Infrastructure / Manufacturing industry.

Key Competencies:

- 6–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Exposure to specialty chemicals, manufacturing, infrastructure, or engineering hiring.
- Experience in campus hiring and volume hiring.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valuable sourcing skills and a strong hands-on approach to hiring.
