A.A.A. ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Architect to join our team(Internal Hiring) in Ashok Nagar, Chennai. This is a strict on-site role ideal for a candidate who thrives under fast-paced studio environments, demonstrates a continuous willingness to learn, and remains resilient under project pressure and tight deadlines.

The core deliverable for this position revolves around end-to-end design execution: planning, spatial design, high-precision 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and generating high-quality photorealistic renders.

Core Deliverables & Responsibilities

- Architectural Planning & Design: Conceptualize functional floor plans, space utilization concepts, facade elevations, and structural workflows based on project briefs.
- 2D Drafting & Working Drawings: Produce precise 2D architectural working drawings, GADs, sections, and detailed interior execution layouts.
- 3D Modeling & Visualization: Build accurate, detailed 3D models for exteriors, interiors, and structural concepts.
- High-Quality Rendering: Produce photorealistic 3D renders, materials/texture mapping, light setups, and presentation visuals for client approvals.
- On-Site Coordination: Perform periodic site visits across Chennai to monitor execution quality, resolve technical issues,



and ensure work matches approved drawings.

Key Requirements & Software Skills

- Education: Diploma in Architecture, B.Arch, or M.Arch.
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years of hands-on architectural experience.
- Software Expertise:
- 2D Drafting: AutoCAD (Advanced proficiency required)
- 3D Modeling: SketchUp or Revit
- High-Quality Rendering: Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape
- Post-Processing: Adobe Photoshop & MS Office
- Key Attributes:
- Exceptional skills in lighting, material texturing, and photorealistic visualization.
- Solid technical knowledge of architectural drafting and construction details.
- Ability to handle project pressure and deliver precise work within timelines.
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive to learn updated software tools and site practices.

Working Conditions & Offer

- Work Mode: On-Site (Ashok Nagar, Chennai).
- Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM | 6 Days a Week.
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on portfolio quality, drafting proficiency, and experience level.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ashok Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
