Position: ROC Compliance Executive
Location: Mount Road , Chennai
Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle ROC filings, annual returns, and other statutory compliances under the Companies Act.
- Manage company and LLP incorporation, name approval, amendments, and other MCA-related activities.
- Prepare and file various forms and documents through the MCA portal within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain statutory registers, company records, board resolutions, minutes, and other secretarial documents.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and corporate compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, directors, professionals, and internal teams for ROC and MCA-related matters.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely filing of statutory forms and returns.
- Handle routine corporate secretarial activities and provide support for regulatory requirements.
- Review and maintain proper documentation for all ROC and corporate compliance activities.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Candidates with CS qualification or relevant CS/ROC compliance experience will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of ROC, MCA, Companies Act, and LLP compliance procedures.
- Experience in CA/CS firms, consultancy firms, or corporate compliance teams is preferred.

Experience & Skills Required

- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in ROC filings, MCA compliance, and incorporation work.
- Hands-on experience with the MCA portal and statutory filing processes.
- Strong knowledge of company and LLP incorporation and post-incorporation compliances.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and compliance deadlines effectively.
- Valuable documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
