TGT English Teacher – Job Description

Position: TGT English Teacher
Classes: VI–X

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare effective lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and grammar skills.
- Conduct tests, assessments, and regular academic evaluations.
- Maintain students’ academic records and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage students to participate in debates, speaking activities, literary events, and competitions.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning setting.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress.

Eligibility

- Graduate/Postgraduate in English or a relevant subject.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of the CBSE curriculum.
- Relevant teaching experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
