Job Summary

Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Die Incharge to manage die-related activities, ensure proper die maintenance, and support smooth production operations at the plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all die-related activities in the production unit.
- Ensure proper installation, setting, and maintenance of dies.
- Inspect dies for wear, damage, and quality issues.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for die requirements.
- Maintain records of die usage, maintenance, repair, and replacement.
- Ensure dies are available as per production requirements.
- Monitor die performance and identify issues affecting production quality.
- Coordinate die repair, polishing, modification, and maintenance work.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of dies to prevent damage.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace discipline.




- Support production targets by minimizing die-related downtime.
- Prepare regular reports related to die inventory and maintenance.

Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in die maintenance/management, preferably in an aluminium extrusion or manufacturing industry.
- Valuable knowledge of dies, tools, and production processes.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a plant/production environment.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting will be an advantage.
