- Accounts & Financial Management
- Invoicing & Documentation: Handle complete inward and outward inventory transactions, including timely generation and filing of Tax Invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.
- Tally ERP Operations: Maintain accurate, up-to-date day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records using Tally ERP.
- Receivables & Payment Follow-ups: Proactively track outstanding balances, communicate with clients/vendors, and ensure timely recovery of payments.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular vendor and customer ledger reconciliations along with bank reconciliations.
- Administrative & Logistics Supervision
- Team Supervision: Directly oversee and coordinate daily activities for a 3-person logistics team to ensure smooth dispatch, inward, and outward operations.
- Office Administration: Manage office inventory, document filing systems,
and daily operational support to ensure seamless branch administration.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of core working experience in accounting and administrative functions.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Location Preference: Candidates residing along the Central Line between Ghatkopar and Thane (or nearby areas with convenient commute to Thane).
- Communication Skills: Transparent verbal and written communication skills for vendor coordination and payment follow-ups.
- Leadership & Coordination: Proven capability to lead and coordinate with operational/logistics teams.
