Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) – Bakery to join our bakery team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of bakery and pastry products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake breads, buns, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery products as per recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, texture, and presentation.
- Handle bakery equipment, ovens, mixers, and other kitchen tools safely.
- Maintain proper mise en place and ensure timely preparation of bakery items.
- Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and production schedules.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients and report any issues to the Chef.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef, CDP, and other kitchen team members during operations.




- Assist in menu development and trials of new bakery products when required.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and FIFO practices.
- Support and guide Commis and junior bakery staff.
- Follow all company policies and kitchen procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in bakery/pastry operations, preferably in a premium restaurant, hotel, or hospitality brand.
- Good knowledge of bakery production techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Relevant culinary/bakery certification or diploma will be an advantage.

Salary: 35k-45k

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
