Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee our day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, stock records, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, inventory accounting, and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records using Tally.

- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, stock transfer, and inventory-related entries in Tally.

- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock verification.

- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess inventory.

- Coordinate with purchase, sales, accounts, and logistics teams.

- Ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing goods.

- Maintain organized warehouse storage and ensure proper product labeling.

- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily responsibilities.

- Prepare inventory reports and provide regular updates to management.

- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of materials.

Requirements





- 1–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.

- Valuable working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime is required.

- Experience with inventory, stock entries, purchase/sales entries, and basic accounting.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

- Ability to manage warehouse staff and coordinate with multiple departments.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for warehouse operations.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Tally Prime, inventory control, stock reconciliation, GST-related entries, and warehouse ERP systems will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Virgonagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

- Warehouse management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
