The role involves managing daily store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and coordinating effectively with procurement and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of inward & outward materials
- Ensure accurate inventory and timely stock updates
- Monitor stock levels and plan replenishment
- Handle GRN and dispatch processes
- Ensure proper storage, labeling & safety of materials
- Conduct regular stock audits and verification
- Coordinate with purchase, production & sales teams
- Maintain store documentation and reports
- Follow FIFO / FEFO practices (FMCG/food industry)
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
Additional Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Tally & MS Excel
- Ability to manage stock entries, reports & billing in Tally
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data tracking)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
