We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented *Relationship Manager – Car Sales* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for automobiles and strong sales skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements
- Present and explain car features, specifications, and benefits
- Conduct test drives and assist customers throughout the purchase journey
- Promote finance, insurance, and other add-on services
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- 1+ year experience in automobile/showroom sales
- Freshers with valid 4-wheeler license can apply for Bangalore location
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Valid 4-wheeler driving license (Mandatory)
