Own the D2C Experience • Own the Shopify storefront and ecommerce tech stack. • Work with developers and technology partners to build and optimize website features. • Partner with UI/UX teams to improve the customer journey, conversion, and checkout experience. Drive Growth • Work with performance marketing agencies and internal teams to improve acquisition efficiency while achieving CAC and ROAS targets. • Partner with content, brand and UGC teams to create high-converting creatives and landing pages aligned with brand guidelines. • Lead website experimentation and conversion optimization initiatives. Build Retention • Define and execute lifecycle marketing across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, loyalty, referrals and subscriptions. • Improve repeat purchase rate, LTV and retention metrics. Measure & Optimize • Own key ecommerce metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, CVR, AOV, LTV and Repeat Purchase Rate. • Use analytics and customer insights to drive data-backed decisions.
