We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / HR Executive to manage and coordinate HR activities across our office and site locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall HR activities for both office and site employees.
- Coordinate and manage manpower requirements at site locations.
- Handle recruitment, selection and onboarding of employees.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and management for smooth manpower operations.
- Handle employee relations and resolve employee-related issues.
- Ensure proper communication between management, office staff and site teams.
- Implement company HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee documentation and HR records.
- Coordinate staff requirements, transfers and deployment between office and sites.
- Monitor discipline and maintain a professional working environment.
- Support management in HR planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate with external agencies, contractors and site teams when required.
- Handle general HR administration and other responsibilities assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in HR / HR Management.
- Experience in managing office and site manpower.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Ability to independently handle HR responsibilities.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
- Should be willing to coordinate with site locations.
- Languages: Tamil, English and Hindi.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
Salary
₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and capability.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
