Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and increase brand awareness across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and basic knowledge of content creation and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Write creative captions and content aligned with the brand voice.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer and video editor for content creation.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activities.
- Execute promotional campaigns to increase followers and engagement.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.




- Ensure consistency in branding across all digital platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Creativity in content planning and campaign execution.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- 6–1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
