We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience in invoice processing, expense posting, purchase order management, ledger maintenance, and journal entries.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and post vendor and customer invoices accurately.
- Record and verify employee and business expenses.
- Create, review, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs).
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support internal finance operations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.




- 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of:
- Invoice Posting
- Expense Posting
- Purchase Order (PO) Processing
- General Ledger Accounting
- Journal Entries
- Account Reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or Tally.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Pay: ₹10,796.17 - ₹20,537.02 per month
