Job Summary

- Provide technology support and assistance to resolve desktop, workstation, application, account, and network-related issues. • Perform installations, repairs, upgrades, backups, account provisioning, de-provisioning, and routine maintenance activities. • Support Active Directory and Intune Company Portal-related requests, including account maintenance and access troubleshooting. • Deliver effective customer service in a 24x7x365 production support setting, including rotational on-call and holiday support as required. • Use strong listening, probing, communication, and troubleshooting skills to understand and resolve client issues. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues in a heterogeneous environment. • Document, track, monitor, prioritize, and escalate incidents and service requests in the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution. • Maintain password security, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment. • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Handle support through phone, chat, and offline channels while maintaining quality and professionalism.
