Role

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their requirements, sharing relevant information about courses and programs, and assisting them with the next steps. The role involves regular communication, enquiry handling, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

- Contact individuals through telephone to understand their requirements and interests.
- Provide transparent and accurate information about courses, programs, and services.
- Respond to questions and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Maintain regular communication with interested customers.
- Record enquiry details, conversations, and follow-up information in the assigned system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries and further assistance.
- Keep customer records updated and organised.
- Follow established communication and customer service processes.
- Work collaboratively with the team to support business and customer engagement activities.

Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per year
