We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth and professional client experience across luxury hospitality, event venue, construction, and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, architects, consultants, and venue owners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and project updates.
- Coordinate with design, execution, and project management teams.
- Schedule client meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain client records, meeting notes, reports, and project documentation.
- Support presentations and client meetings.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage long-term business relationships.

Skill & Experience





- 3–5+ years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, Key Account Management, or a similar role.
- Experience in hospitality, construction, architecture, interior design, or luxury events is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong coordination, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude with excellent client-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
