Manager – MIS | Job Description

Location: Raila, Rajasthan
Position: Manager – MIS
Experience: 7–10 Years
CTC: ₹4.20–4.80 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, analyze, and validate data from various departments.
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and management reports.
- Track KPIs, operational performance, and business metrics.
- Handle large datasets using MS Excel and prepare analytical reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Automate and improve existing MIS reporting processes.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and clarification.
- Present insights and reports to management for decision-making.

Required Skills:

- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables,



VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, etc.
- MIS reporting and data analysis
- Dashboard preparation
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or Business Operations.
- Candidates willing to work in Raila, Rajasthan will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
