We are looking for enthusiastic and technically sound Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our organization. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain practical exposure to various technical and operational functions while developing their professional and managerial skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo on-the-job training across relevant technical and operational functions.
- Assist senior engineers in day-to-day production, maintenance, quality, or engineering activities.
- Understand and follow company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Monitor and support process improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain required technical reports and documentation.
- Identify operational issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Participate in projects, audits, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain workplace safety and comply with all applicable EHS requirements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university.
- Preferred branches: Mechanical
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and relevant engineering tools/software.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Training & Development
The selected candidate will receive structured training and practical exposure to relevant business functions, processes, safety practices, quality systems, and organizational procedures.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
