Requirements

- Graduate
- Good telephone communication skills
- Previous telecalling / customer service / sales experience preferred
- Friendly and polite approach towards customers
- Valuable Malayalam and English communication
- Confident in speaking to schools, colleges, clubs and organisations
- Able to explain information clearly and professionally
- Basic WhatsApp and phone handling skills
- Responsible with follow-ups and call records

Job Role

- Make outbound calls to provided contacts
- Explain the event and registration details
- Speak in a friendly and professional manner
- Share posters and registration links through WhatsApp
- Follow up with interested contacts
- Maintain a simple daily call and follow-up report

Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹88.73 - ₹287.99 per day

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kottayam, Kerala (Kottayam)
