Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output and clinical condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during procedures, examinations and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts and patient records.
- Identify changes in patient condition and promptly inform the doctor.
- Maintain infection-control, hand-hygiene and patient-safety standards.
- Follow hospital SOPs and NABH protocols.
- Assist with admission,



transfer and discharge procedures.
- Ensure proper shift handover and continuity of patient care.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication and basic care.
- Maintain cleanliness, availability and proper handling of nursing equipment.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing supervisors and other departments.
