Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified commercial drivers. The role includes conducting interviews, verifying documents, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company and safety regulations. Strong communication, organizational, and recruitment skills are required to meet hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit qualified commercial drivers through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess driver qualifications and experience.
- Verify licenses, certifications, background checks, and driving records.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and compliance documentation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Work closely with operations and fleet managers to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure all hiring processes follow transportation and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to improve retention and engagement.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
- Support workforce planning and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or related field preferred.
- Experience in driver recruitment, transportation, logistics, or staffing industry.
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
