Senior Accountant cum Client Relationship Coordinator

Location: Kundli, Haryana

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience: 5–7 years preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

- Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups.

- Prepare and maintain ledgers, bank reconciliations, and financial reports.

- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.

- Coordinate with clients regarding invoices, payments, account statements, and queries.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Regularly follow up with clients for outstanding payments and resolve account-related issues.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.

- Prepare MIS and other accounting reports as required by management.

- Ensure timely closure of monthly accounts and maintain proper documentation.





- Support management in financial analysis and client-related requirements.

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce/B.Com preferred.

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and client relationship management.

- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

- Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Good analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.

- Candidates who can commute to Kundli will be preferred.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
