Create visually engaging, brand-aligned designs for AffixxMedia’s clients across social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding, advertisements, and other marketing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create social media posts, carousels, advertisements, banners, and marketing creatives
- Design graphics based on content calendars and campaign requirements
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all client creatives
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager, Content Team, Ads Team, and Video Team
- Convert concepts and content ideas into visually compelling designs
- Create designs for Meta Ads and other digital campaigns
- Make revisions based on client and internal team feedback
- Manage multiple client projects and meet design deadlines
- Organize and maintain design files and brand assets
- Continuously explore new design trends and creative formats
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles
- Good knowledge of typography, colors, layouts, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create clean and professional marketing creatives
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand briefs and convert them into designs
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of Figma or Canva
- Experience designing social media content
- Experience with digital advertising creatives
- Understanding of branding and visual identity
- Basic understanding of motion graphics is an advantage
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred
