StructLearnPro (structlearnpro.com) is India's first visual IS 456 structural design learning platform for civil/Structural engineering students and fresh graduates. We help students understand structural design the way a senior engineer explains it — every calculation has a diagram, every IS code clause is referenced live.

We are a small, fast-growing EdTech startup and we are hiring one dedicated person to own our growth, content, and community.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

- Create and post content on Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Facebook targeted at civil engineering students
- Engage with our user community daily — respond to messages, re-activate inactive users, help free users understand the platform
- Run college outreach — contact civil engineering departments, student clubs, and college ambassadors
- Identify what content gets shared and double down on it
- Report results weekly and suggest improvements

This is NOT a post-and-report job. We want someone who takes ownership.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✔ Civil/Structural Engineering background — B.Tech / BE (final year or completed)

✔ Already creates content — show us your Instagram,



LinkedIn, or YouTube

✔ Writes naturally in both English and Hinglish

✔ Self-starter who works without daily supervision

✔ Genuinely interested in helping civil engineering students

Good to have:

- Experience in a college civil engineering club or technical community
- Familiarity with IS 456 or structural design concepts
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Reels)
