Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls from patients, attendants, and customers during the night shift.
- Provide information regarding hospital departments, doctors, services, timings, and facilities.
- Assist patients with appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Respond politely to patient and attendant queries and provide appropriate guidance.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, emergency staff, and other hospital departments when required.
- Handle emergency-related calls promptly and escalate them to the appropriate hospital team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, patient queries, and follow-ups.
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and patient assistance.




- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies and procedures.
- Provide qualified and compassionate communication with patients and attendants.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Polite, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use hospital/CRM software.
- Ability to handle calls calmly, especially during emergencies.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Hospital/customer-care experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
