Job Summary

Neo Skel Softtech Solutions is looking for motivated and responsible Support Workers to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a fresher-friendly chance for candidates who have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

The Support Worker will assist with day-to-day customer and operational support, respond to queries, coordinate with internal teams, maintain accurate information, and help ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support to customers, clients, or internal teams as required.
- Respond to queries and requests through the appropriate communication channels.
- Understand customer or operational requirements and provide suitable assistance.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and updates related to assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate team.
- Follow company processes, policies, and service standards.
- Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.




- Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times.
- Support the team with routine administrative and operational activities.
- Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Required Qualifications

- 10th, 12th pass, diploma, or graduate qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand instructions and complete assigned tasks.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
