Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to acquire new customers, sell insurance products, maintain robust client relationships, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication, sales, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through referrals, field visits, networking, and other channels.
- Sell suitable Life Insurance / General Insurance products to customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings and follow up with prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and documentation.
- Ensure proper collection and submission of required documents.




- Develop business through referrals and existing customer relationships.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Insurance Sales / BFSI / Financial Services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
