Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare proposals and follow up with clients when required.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve client retention and relationship management goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Candidates with experience in the IT/Digital Marketing industry will be preferred.
