Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail outlet. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail operations, customer engagement, and team management. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth store functioning, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide personalized customer consultation and product recommendations.
- Manage and motivate store staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain product knowledge.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising, store hygiene, and inventory control.
- Handle billing, stock reconciliation,
and cash management as per company policies.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, preparing daily and monthly reports.
- Address customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership and team management ability.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and inventory management.

- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Retail Management (preferred).
Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
