Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Presales Executive with 1+ years of experience in real estate presales, telecalling, or customer engagement. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding customer requirements, providing project information, and scheduling site visits for residential and commercial real estate projects in Hoskote, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Respond to leads generated through digital marketing, portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and property needs.
- Explain project details, configurations, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate customer information in CRM.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation, site-visit,



and conversion targets.
- Build good relationships with prospective customers and provide timely assistance throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in real estate presales, telecalling, inside sales, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with leads.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with experience in Bangalore real estate projects will be preferred.
- Candidates who can commute to Hoskote, Bangalore are preferred.
