About the Role

Sukudo Studios is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer – Packaging & Motion Design who can combine strong visual design skills with hands-on expertise in packaging design, motion graphics, and brand communication.

You will be responsible for developing compelling packaging experiences and motion-led visual content across brands and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for typography, composition, storytelling, and visual systems, along with the ability to take a concept from initial idea to final production.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys working across packaging, branding, digital content, and motion design while maintaining a high standard of craft and attention to detail.

Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging & Brand Design

- Develop innovative and visually impactful packaging designs across different formats and product categories.
- Create packaging concepts, layouts, artwork, and production-ready files.
- Work on labels, cartons, boxes, sleeves, pouches, bottles, and other packaging formats.
- Understand print specifications, dielines, materials, finishes, color profiles, and print production processes.
- Develop and maintain brand identities, visual systems, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure visual consistency across packaging, marketing collateral, digital platforms, and other brand touchpoints.

Motion Design & Video

- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, product videos, social media content, and digital advertisements.
- Develop motion concepts and storyboards based on campaign and brand requirements.
- Animate typography, illustrations, product visuals, logos, and graphic elements.
- Edit and enhance video content with strong pacing, transitions, sound, and visual storytelling.




- Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats for social media, digital advertising, presentations, and marketing campaigns.

Creative & Marketing

- Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, strategy, and business teams to translate ideas into strong visual communication.
- Present creative concepts and design directions with clear rationale.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and brand consistency.
- Stay updated with packaging, branding, motion design, AI, and visual communication trends.

AI & Creative Technology

- Use AI-powered creative tools to explore concepts, generate visual directions, improve workflows, and accelerate production.
- Experiment with emerging AI and design technologies while maintaining strong design fundamentals and creative judgment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of skilled experience in graphic design, with strong experience in packaging and motion design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, branding, motion graphics, and digital creative work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of packaging design and print production, including dielines, artwork preparation, materials, finishes, and pre-press.
- Proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, animation, and post-production.




- Ability to develop concepts from ideation through final execution.
- Strong understanding of brand communication and marketing design.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and creative tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high creative standards.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
