- Production Management – Plan and control daily production, machine utilization, manpower, and production targets.
- Sliding Head CNC Expertise – Strong knowledge of Sliding Head CNC machines, tooling, setting, programming, cycle time, and process optimization.
- Quality & Process Control – Ensure components meet customer specifications and maintain quality standards while reducing rejection and rework.
- Manpower & Team Management – Manage operators, setters, and production staff; allocate manpower and monitor performance and discipline.
- Customer & Project Support – Coordinate with customers for new projects, support NPD activities, costing, trials, and ensure timely project execution.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
