About the Company :

Pinnacle Blooms Network®, operated by Bharath Healthcare Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (BHCL), is a healthcare organization operating a network of centers and the Pinnacle AI GPT-OS® platform. The organization focuses on child-development and therapy services.

Responsibilities :

· Manage overall branch operations and lead the centre team.

· Handle lead generation, lead conversion, client Key onboarding, and customer retention.

· Drive sales, revenue generation, and business development to achieve branch targets.

· Build relationships with hospitals, preschools, care centres, clinics, and other referral partners.

· Conduct weekly field visits for referrals, lead generation, and business development.

· Handle customer queries, complaints, renewals, and fee collection.

· Monitor team performance and coordinate with therapists and internal teams.

· Maintain CRM records and submit regular branch performance reports.

Qualifications :

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

· 3–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare sales, business development,



branch management, or centre management.

· Experience in sales, lead conversion, revenue generation, and team handling.

· Valuable communication skills in English and Telugu and/or Hindi.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.

· Healthcare, hospital, clinic, diagnostics, or therapy-centre experience is preferred. The source JD also identifies healthcare administration, customer service, and lead-conversion experience as relevant backgrounds.
