Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads.
- Explain products or services clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain proper call records and follow up with interested customers.
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
Requirements
- Fresher and experienced candidates both are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone and internet.
- Must have a smartphone and a secure internet connection.
- Comfortable working from home.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
