Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive who can independently handle HR operations, recruitment, and administrative responsibilities in a lean team environment. The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end HR functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)

Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding

Maintain candidate database and ATS updates

2. HR Operations:

Manage employee lifecycle (joining to exit formalities)

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management

Handle documentation, offer letters, and HR policies

3. Administrative Work:

Oversee daily administrative activities

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations

Manage vendor coordination and office requirements

Employee Engagement & Coordination:

Act as a point of contact for employee queries

Ensure a positive work environment

Support employee engagement initiatives

5. Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure HR compliance and company policies are followed

Prepare HR reports and maintain data accuracy

Required Skills:

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently in a lean team

Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR tools

Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation

Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
