Job Responsibilities:

- Handle daily B2B & B2C e-commerce order packing and dispatch.
- Manage inward and outward material movement and maintain accurate records.
- Manage daily inventory, stock tracking and stock reconciliation.
- Handle store operations and ensure availability of packing/material stock.
- Generate and maintain E-way Bills for applicable dispatches.
- Verify product quantity, packing, labels and documentation before dispatch.
- Maintain GRN, inward, outward, stock and dispatch records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for inventory, packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, transport and courier teams.
- Supervise the packing/warehouse team and manage manpower.
- Handle returns, shortages, damages and dispatch-related issues.
- Maintain proper warehouse documentation and follow company SOPs.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Packing, Inventory, Store,



Warehouse or Dispatch Operations.
- Must have hands-on experience in Packing + Inventory/Store Management.
- Experience in Inward & Outward Operations is mandatory.
- Experience in E-way Bill Generation is mandatory.
- Experience in MIS Reporting and MS Excel is required.
- Knowledge of stock reconciliation, GRN and warehouse documentation.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Seller Flex or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Robust team handling, coordination and communication skills.
- Maximum Age: 38 Years.

Important: Candidates with only Packing/Picking/Dispatch experience and without hands-on Inventory, Store, Inward/Outward, E-way Bill and MIS experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
