Senior Executive – Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

- Manage planning and availability of Raw Materials (RM) and Packing Materials (PM) as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with Third-Party Manufacturers for material requirements, production plans, and timely dispatches.
- Handle product costing, RM/PM costing, and cost analysis for third-party manufacturing.
- Follow up with vendors for POs, deliveries, shortages, and pending materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, Warehouse, Finance, and Third-Party Manufacturers.
- Prepare MIS reports related to inventory, costing, procurement, and third-party manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and company procedures.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- 4–8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain.
- Experience in RM, PM, Costing, and Third-Party Manufacturing preferred.
- Good knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel with strong coordination skills.
