- Prepare, bake, and decorate a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Create and test recent recipes to expand menu offerings and accommodate seasonal trends or dietary preferences.
- Monitor inventory, order ingredients, and maintain quality control for incoming supplies.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Manage, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff and bakery assistants.
- Oversee baking schedules to ensure fresh products are ready on time for service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
