Key Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Bank/NBFC in Home Loan (HL) or LAP
- Candidates from HL/LAP Sales or Operations background can apply
- Valuable knowledge of Banking & Loan Policies
- Understanding of Home Loan & LAP processes
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Banks, Credit Teams, Customers & Internal Teams
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Hardworking, target-oriented and result-driven attitude
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines

Key Responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end Home Loan & LAP operations
- Coordinating with banks for login, processing, sanction and disbursement
- Handling documentation and ensuring timely completion of cases
- Coordinating with Bank Credit & Operations Teams
- Regular follow-up on pending cases and resolving process-related issues
- Ensuring cases are processed as per Bank Policies & Guidelines




- Maintaining proper case tracking and timely updates
- Supporting the team in achieving business and disbursement targets
