About the Role

NEW TECHH ENGINEERS is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to develop new industrial customers, generate business opportunities, and promote our range of industrial products.

The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, customer visits, lead generation, product promotion, follow-ups, and sales development in industrial areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new industrial customers and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular visits to steel plants, cement plants, power plants, sponge iron plants, rolling mills, fabrication units, foundries, and other industries.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, industrial directories, online research, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable industrial products.
- Promote and demonstrate company products to prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the customer for order closure.
- Develop long-term relationships with purchase, maintenance, production, and technical teams.
- Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, products, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, customer database, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations team for product trials and demonstrations.
- Ensure timely follow-up for enquiries, orders, payments, and customer feedback.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers/Graduate / Diploma / ITI in any relevant field.
- 0–3 years of experience in industrial marketing/sales preferred.
- Experience in selling industrial/engineering products will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, and internet research.
- Should be confident in dealing with industrial customers.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn can also apply.
