Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and attend customers visiting the showroom.

2. Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.

3. Maintain customer details and records in the CRM system.

4. Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and purchases.

5. Inform customers about new jewellery collections, offers and schemes.

6.



Coordinate customer appointments with the sales team.

7. Handle customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships.

8. Prepare daily customer follow-up and CRM reports.

Required Skills:

1. Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

2. Pleasant personality and valuable customer-handling skills.

3. Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

4. Good follow-up and coordination skills.

5. Experience in jewellery or retail showroom will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,200.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
