We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with strong programming skills and hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Voice-Based AI Agent development.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building and deploying software solutions and should be comfortable working on AI-powered applications, voice agents, conversational systems, and intelligent automation solutions.

FRESHERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS POSITION.

- Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience is compulsory.
- Candidates must have practical experience in Voice AI / Voice-Based Agent development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML-based applications and solutions.
- Develop and maintain voice-based AI agents and conversational systems.
- Build AI-powered workflows for voice interaction, automation, and customer engagement.
- Integrate AI/ML models and APIs into production applications.
- Work with speech recognition, text-to-speech, conversational AI, and voice-processing technologies.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations required for AI agents.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and response time.
- Debug, test,



and continuously improve existing AI and voice-agent systems.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and Voice AI technologies.

Mandatory Requirements

- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong programming and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience developing Voice-Based AI Agents is compulsory.
- Practical experience working with AI/ML technologies.
- Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or conversational AI platforms.
- Experience with API development and third-party integrations.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience building and deploying production-ready applications.
- Valuable understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
