Job Role - ERP / IT Manager

Location: Mangliya, Indore,

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in ERP Implementation & Manufacturing IT

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science / IT) / MCA / MBA (IT)

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Management

- Lead end-to-end ST ERP implementation, including requirement gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal departments.
- Manage ERP user access, master data, integrations, customizations, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure effective ERP utilization across Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Accounts, HR, and Dispatch.

Cloud & Server Infrastructure

- Manage and administer AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Monitor system performance, availability, backups, security, and resource utilization.
- Manage servers, storage, data backup, and disaster recovery systems.

Network, VPN & IT Security

- Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPN infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain secure VPN connectivity for remote users and locations.
- Ensure network availability, security, and performance.
- Implement antivirus, endpoint security, and access control measures.

Google Workspace & IT Applications

- Manage Google Workspace (GWS), including Gmail, Drive, user accounts, permissions, and security.
- Manage IT software,



licenses, and business applications.
- Ensure proper user access, data security, and system availability.

IT Operations & Team Management

- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including hardware, software, CCTV, printers, and other IT assets.
- Lead the IT team, allocate responsibilities, and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
- Manage IT vendors, AMC contracts, licenses, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate IT asset and infrastructure records.

Digitalization, Cybersecurity & Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities for IT automation, digitalization, and system integration.
- Strengthen cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery practices.
- Monitor IT risks and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Support management in technology-related projects and business process improvements.
