Development Executive (BDE) / Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building client
relationships, and driving revenue growth. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience
are preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply through our internship program.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and online platforms.
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling and cold emailing.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings with prospects.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with decision-makers.
- Execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and business development.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
